Scarlet Security & Risk Group ("SSRG") Founder CEO Patrick Doyle, in partnership with Stephen Reid of Trilogy Capital Corp ("Trilogy Capital"), has exited his long-term minority partner and restructured for growth. The transaction further increases Mr. Doyle’s majority stake and brings on Stephen Reid of Trilogy Capital as a new equity partner in SSRG. This further advances SSRG’s goal of increasing capacity and reach for its clients, while continuing to provide them with major complex security solutions.
