The transaction will allow RAM Engineering Ltd. (RAM Consulting) (RAM) to expand its comprehensive service offering and technical expertise in the engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) sector.

RAM specializes in marine, transportation, utility, infrastructure and energy industries. Horizon Engineering Inc. (Horizon) provides geotechnical engineering and consulting services for construction and renovation projects, including geotechnical assessments, laboratory testing, and field reviews. Horizon will continue to operate as its own entity with existing management post transaction.
