This transaction allowed the shareholder of Noble Concrete (1987) Ltd. (“Noble”) to implement her succession strategy while ensuring Noble's legacy will continue to thrive under the stewardship of the RMC Group of Companies (“Rolling Mix”), an Alberta-based, ready-mix supplier.
Rolling Mix is an industry leader in supplying concrete to commercial and residential projects throughout western Canada. The acquisition of Noble's southern Alberta locations will complement Rolling Mix's operations in Edmonton, Calgary, Peace River and Fort St. John.
Noble was founded in 1987 by Tom Caruso and expanded to become one of southern Alberta’s leading independent concrete suppliers. Noble operates three concrete plants in Picture Butte, Vulcan and Claresholm. Noble also operates a portable plant in Foremost and a gravel pit near Enchant.
