Foley’s, a portfolio company of Yellow Point Equity Partners, has been producing fine quality chocolate and confectionary products for more than 40 years. The company focuses on baker ingredient, bulk retail and private label chocolate industry segments.  Foley’s is one of Canada’s largest chocolate manufacturers and has developed a comprehensive customer portfolio throughout North America. The acquisition of Brockmann’s provides Foley’s with significant complementary product and manufacturing resources.
