Edgewood Health Network (EHN) is the largest network of inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment services in Canada.

The acquisition demonstrates EHN's commitment to setting the national standard in ongoing, personalized treatment for everyone. Canadian Health Recovery Centre Inc. (CHRC) provides EHN with a broader reach to service patients across the country. 

Operating out of Ontario, CHRC is a private rehabilitation and addiction treatment centre that cares exclusively for men with substance use, dependence problems, and concurrent mental health issues.

CHRC will be renamed Gateway Recovery Centre, a treatment facility located in Peterborough dedicated for military, veterans, first responders, and frontline healthcare workers.
