Environmental 360 Solutions (E360s) was founded in 2018 and is dedicated to becoming North America's leading environmental management company. E360S provides environmental and waste management solutions to municipalities, and commercial and industrial customers. E360S is based in Aurora, Ontario.

BM Services, Herby Enterprises, and Roztek Environmental provide a comprehensive suite of environmental services including commercial and industrial heavy-duty cleaning, non-destructive excavation, high-pressure washing, industrial vacuuming, hydro-excavation, and portable toilet supply and service. BM Services and Herby Enterprises are based in Sudbury, ON, and service the surrounding area, and Roztek is located in Timmins, ON.

The acquisition provides E360S increased market leadership in Northern Ontario.
