Founded in 2011, Donaldson & James ("D&J") provides support services to independently owned staffing companies including staffing recruitment and management software, payroll services, management reporting, invoicing collection services, credit management and liability insurance. D&J also provides business planning, consulting and mentoring services as well as access to office space in major cities throughout Canada.
DJ Agency Holding Inc. provided capital needed to facilitate a buyout transaction.
