The company holds territory rights for each of its four locations across British Columbia, which are positioned in Vernon, Kelowna, Penticton, and Salmon Arm. For decades, Case has served thousands of customers across local communities with high quality furniture products and accessories, while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Founded in 1986, The Dufresne Group ("TDG") is a multi-brand retail operation with retail sales, marketing, IT, finance, call centre, delivery, and warehousing capabilities. TDG owns and operates furniture retailers under the Dufresne, Ashley HomeStore, and the Dufresne Retail Solutions Group (DRSG) brands. Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, TDG has grown rapidly since inception, through both acquisitions and organic growth, and now employs 1,900 people across 250 communities in Canada.
