This transaction has allowed the shareholder of Winnipeg Equipment Sales Ltd. and Beaver Leasing and Rentals Ltd. (together operating as “Beaver Truck Centre”) to implement his succession strategy while ensuring the continued growth and success of the business. With the acquisition of Beaver Truck Centre, Sheehan’s Truck Centre will expand west with locations in Manitoba’s two largest cities, while adding a complementary OEM brand to its existing dealership operations.
Beaver Truck Centre is a two-location, full-service Volvo and Hino Truck dealership. Beaver Truck Centre began operations in Winnipeg in 1996 and opened a new location in Brandon in 2015. Beaver Leasing and Rentals Ltd. was established in 2012 as a short- and long-term truck leasing and rentals division. Beaver Truck Centre has grown substantially since its inception and has won a number of Volvo dealer excellence awards over the years.
Sheehan’s Truck Centre is a full-service Volvo Truck Dealership located in Burlington, Ontario that began operations in 1989. In addition to selling and servicing new and used vehicles, Sheehan’s Truck Centre offers lease and rental options through their subsidiary company Sheehan’s Leasing.
