Managing Director

David is a Managing Director with MNP’s Corporate Finance Services team in Montréal. David delivers a broad range of services, including financial due diligence, assisting clients with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, raising equity and debt and capital restructuring.

Over the past decade, David has worked for a variety of Canadian and international clients – including investment funds, banks, and strategic buyers – on both domestic and cross-border transactions.

David began his career as an auditor, then moved to financial advisory services, where he worked in business valuation for businesses of varying sizes. He has also worked on litigation files, quantifying damages related to prior transactions, an experience that assists him in negotiating purchase and sales contracts.

Bilingual in French and English, David earned a Diplôme d’études supérieures spécialisées (DESS) (post-graduate diploma) in accounting from HEC Montréal in 2008. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and is a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV).
