Chris Willoughby is a seasoned executive with global experience in driving business transformation, enterprise planning, and corporate strategy. As a skilled management consultant, Chris provides a wide range of services to MNP clients.

Chris has extensive experience in the financial sector, having successfully led large-scale initiatives for some of Canada’s leading banks and credit unions. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, digital transformation, customer experience, product enhancement, process optimization, outsourcing, strategic partnerships, platformification, contact centre optimization, governance, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and all aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining MNP Chris was a Partner at a leading consulting firm, where he oversaw the advisory practice and collaborated with over 50 financial services companies, nationwide. Before moving into consulting, Chris led the strategy and EMPO functions at a major international telco company.

Chris is a graduate of UBC’s Executive Program, University of Victoria, and studied international business at Singapore Management University.
